trust me it happens to everyone every time they go to sleep its called astral projection when your ghost leaves your body i do it on purpose just to fly, most people debunk it as "dreaming" but its astral projection & on occasions you dont realize your doing it the best part is pulling your friends out of their bodies but i think you saw yourself because one you astral projected your physical body must've heard a thump/bang or loud noise to wake your astral body hope this helps :)
