Well, for breakfast toast, milk and a piece of fruit for lunch a brown bread sandwich with a sort of veg for dinner anything but not a big portion of it for pudding something sweet this way your child wont feel hungry before and after meals.
ice then hot packs 3 times a day usually before breakfast, lunch and dinner!
