I'm no expert but i think you probably have deep feelings for this person. It doesn't necessarily mean you love them, i read in an article once about a mother kept dreaming about her child sufficating and the expert said you just feel cautious as you are a new mother but don't cut a sweat just relax. I think you probably need to talk to the person about your worry for them or fantasy about them. Alot of people have weird dreams like once i thought someoe had died but they didn't so just calm down it probably isn't anything serious, but if you keep having weird dreams confine in someone you trust.
