I believe that Jesus is telling you something. In this case you are blessed because you perceived some truth w/out someone revealing it to you, but from reading/studying the Word of God.

Normally this notation would mean chapter 131, verse 7 in the book of Romans in the Holy Bible
That is a reference mark. At the bottom of the page or in the margin, there should be another ii mark that explains what it is. It could be a reference to a verse that is similar or that word that is in another verse.
