What does it mean when you fall asleep and hear voices and the voices wake you from your sleep...I dont know what the voices say...I just hear them then I wake?

This happens to me all the time! just as I am half awake and half asleep i hear someone say my name in kind of a loud whisper. It always wakes me up but there is no one around to have said it. Someone told me that I may be a little psychic or else I am dreaming it or completely insane. Who knows?
