I'm not sure what it means, however I have two of them. My grandfather had one and it kept getting bigger so he had it surgically removed. The results came back as being a non-cancerous tumor. My mother had one as well but hers stayed the same size. I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts to get bigger or starts to hurt.
its only painless if the bullet goes directly to the brain. if not, it hurts like hell.
