If you are seeing an occasional black rounded spot covering the top third of your vision, it could mean that your retina is pulling away from your eyeball or you are having some type of seizure. It could mean something else. It is not normal.
A person with MS who is experiencing vision changes should see their neurologist immediately. Vision changes often signal a flare up of the disease, or that the disease is possibly worsening.
