This is not your period this is called breakthrough bleeding and yes it is normal while on many forms of hormonal Birth Control breakthrough bleeding and spotting can occur they can be very light or as heavy as a period if this occurs for more than the first 3 motnhs that you are on this birth control go consult your doctor so that they can switch your brith control and find one that is better for your body hope this helps Good Luck and God Bless!!!
This is normal. Since your body is getting hormones from the pill it can confuse your body. The point of the pill is to make your body think you are pregnant. So missing periods can be normal. Though if it worries you take a pregnancy test to make sure.
Some birth control pills can affect/alter your cycle, when I first started mine I had a light period for a month, then it stopped, if you are worried though, you should see your doctor. Better get it checked out if you are worried.
No it means that your body is getting used to having it and then not having it so it does not mean that you are pregnant.
That's an irregular period. Birth control can be recommended to help regulate your period.
It is called break through bleeding.Check with your doctor for other types of birth control.
no it doesn't. it could mean you have an irregular period and birth control can help get it align although you are not using it to control birth but talk to your doctor about it.
you might need birth control from a doctor.
It means that your period came early. That's it, no more complicated than that. Also FYI on hormonal birth control you don't menstruate, you get a withdrawal bleed.
You don't have to start the very first day your birth control says you start your period. I usually start late monday, monday nights or tuesday. But if you havn't the whole week, you could be pregnant, or there maybe something wrong with the pills, so go see your doctor, or a teen clinic.
Nope!!!! If you mean having sex while she is not on birth control pills. she WILL get pregnet. If she is having her period and she is not on pills and you have sex with her, she is gonna get pregnet.
If your period wasn't due & you're on birth control, then this is break through bleeding. Birth control stops you from ovulating. If you're currently on the 7day break or sugar pills then this is normal.
When you're on hormonal birth control, the amount and color of withdrawal bleeding may be different from your period when you're not on birth control. Brown discharge counts as a period when you're on the pill, patch, or ring.
It's very unlikely that you'd have a normal period the first month off birth control (I'm assuming by 'birth control' what you actually mean is the combination pill - please don't use these terms interchangeably, there are many forms of birth control!). Your first 'period' will be your withdrawal bleed as normal, but after that it may take a few months to get a real period again. It can also take up to 12 months for your cycles to regulate again once you stop using hormonal birth control.
