nothing can pass through it
osmotically active
you would say what a nerve cell is made of (cell wall, nucleus, membrane...) and then maybe put a diagram at the bottom of your explanation so the reader can fully understand what you mean.
the answer is epidermis
phospholipids and most proteins to drift about in the plane of the membrane
People live in towns. People are multicellular organisms consisting of trillions of cells. Each cell has a cell membrane.
osmotically active
yes, it is
well i wouldn't say yes, because a cell membrane is more of a gate.
It contains proteins, which are ribosomes, and the E.R.YHURRR WELCOME!!!! I'm mean please say thanks :)
It is usually the cell membrane i think. But the nucleus is "the brain" of a cell. But i would say the cell membrane. hope this helps.
Yes.
Since the cell membrane controls movement of materials in and out of the cell, I'd say the border police because they controls what comes in the country and out of the country.
You could say it is contiguous with the nuclear membrane as it is attached to this membrane and surrounds it.
an average animal cell is round and it contains a cell membrane cytoplasm and a nucleus which has the code for the DNA.
A selectively permeable membrane is most often attributed to the cell membrane (plasma membrane) of cells. It is constructed of nonpolar phospholipids that will not dissolve many substances, like ions or large molecules. There are carrier proteins embedded in the membrane that allow only certain substances through.

the cell membrane prevents the nucleus cytoplasm and ...etc not to leak out of the cell .so it is a wall that keeps every thing inside the cell.EX:lets say its like a water balloon that keeps the water inside the balloon.
