The new car burning smell is probably just the oils burning off the engine. As the engine warms up for the first time, it will release a odor that smells like something is burning.
during a brand new cars "break in" its normal to smell like somethings burning, coming from the brakes and exhaust...the metal on the disc brakes and the pads heat up for the first time making it smell like somethings burning, same goes for the catalytic converter in the exhaust system.
it is most likely the brake calipers sticking, as I recently had this problem on my 2007 dodge grand caravan. They did not do it all the time, but would stick out for a brief period of time after braking, thus causing the burning smell, and then shortly after retract far enough so that there was no longer cantact, and therefore, the burning smell then went away.
Probly burning up the band or clutches = checks for burnt fluid smell/color (should be pink if all good). If you can smell a burning brake type smell...well there ya go = time to yank the tranny. If it surges with the cruise on at highway speed, it could be a failed tps.
"The Pancakes are burning" means that time is going to waste, basically - hurry up you're taking forever!
you just think about something else or smell a open lemon at the same time. may not work but sorry.
If you smell burning flesh at any time it is usually bad. Perhaps the only time it is not is when it's in the kitchen just prior to a meal. Ouija boards cannot burn flesh unless you set light to them and if you did that you are not using it correctly. That's probobly really bad!! Your probobly contacting something that's not very nice =[[
Your vagina is supposed to have a scent: it should smell musky but clean and will change with hormonal changes throughout your menstrual cycle and when aroused. As long as it doesn't smell bad it's not a problem, but a bad odour such as a fishy smell or a smell like bread can be a sign of a temporary imbalance in flora or a full-blown vaginal infection. Itching and burning are common during a yeast infection, but bad odour alone is a sign of an issue so see your doctor if you experience this.
i haven't been able to smell anything for years and now i have a perfume smell in my nose going on two weeks. is there anything to be nervous about
Yes! Any coloured, waxy coated paper or trash has chemicals in it which can leave a dangerous residue in your flu that can in time cause a chimney fire.
It means your paper tray is empty. Put some blasted paper in it and quit wasting time.
It all has to do with rate of oxidisation; what we call burning is a very rapid chemical reaction, the faster it is, the more heat it releases in a certain amount of time. by baby girl23 and friend
