Usually nothing, that's a normal side effect of being on the pill, especially if you are new to it, and it should be nothing to worry about, however it may occassionally indicate your contraceptive is not as effective as it could be so it may be worth using another method for about seven days just to be sure. My advice would be to consult the documentation you got with your prescription, it should reitterate what I've said above and should hopefully put your mind at rest, but if you're still concerned or it becomes more than just 'spotting' then you should consult you're doctor, that is afterall, what they are there for.
