Hi. It means that he still has feelings for you, but maybe you two werent meant to be. or He might miss you and is trying to make you jealous. Dont start a argument with his girlfriend yet...your ex could get cross and you might never get back together! Try and be friends and if that dosent work than maybe you werent meant to be together.
