The concept Justice and Injustice are relative terms that is their is no general or universal acceptable definition of Justice and Injustice because what could be just to one person may be unjust to another; therefore, the yardstick or parameter is dependent on the circumstance in which the concept is used.

haven said that, I will say what is fair, of good conscience, modest and what will not result into conflict, can be said to be just.
on the other hand whatever thing that will not be generally accepted and can result into conflict that is inhuman and not fair to all parties involved can be said to be unjust.

The concept are words of two side of the coin.
