This appears to be very similar to Hebrew, but not quite Hebrew. The following words are close to Hebrew words:
kataf = porter
lahim is similar to lahem which means "to them"
lahar = to the mountain
ahave is similar to ahavah which means "love"
So it almost means "Porter to them to the mountain of love"
Your thinking of Lechaim which is the Hebrew version of "Cheers" while making a toast. It literally means "to life"
