no your axle is locked to your hub. You will need something in the chunk to turn your axle like a locking differential of some sort.
Locking axles was not a factory option. Limited slip rear axle was an option. many aftermarket options are available.
Check the SPID in your glove box. one of the G** Codes will be the rearend ratio G80 means you have a locking(posi) Rearend. According to Haynes the 1995 has a hypoid, semi-floating type and some have the optional locking limited-slip axle. The identification and manufacturers codes are stamped on the right rear axle tube on the front side.
If you are trying to identify the axle ratio and/or if it has a locking rear differential and you have access to the original truck, there is a build sheet summary usually in the form of a decal. This decal would be located on the inside of the glove box lid.
Block up the ATV with the rear end off the ground. Remove both rear tires. Remove the brake assembly(brake drum, etc). Should be two locking nuts that hold the axle in place. remove those nuts. Axle slides out the passenger side
