"Munchoala ching" is not a commonly known insult in Spanish. It may be a made-up or regional expression that doesn't have a specific meaning in Spanish.
It means "good, but do you know Spanish?" or "good, but do you speak Spanish?" in English.
"Junuka" does not have a meaning in Spanish. It is not a Spanish word.
"Sabes el español" translates to "Do you know Spanish?" in English.

"Que sabias español" is Spanish for "What do you know in Spanish?" or "You knew Spanish?" depending on the context.

This is a fact, not an insult.
"Did you know that your brain is 80 percent water?" (This is a fact; not an insult.)
In my opinion it depends how they insult you, for example an apperance insult. I have a big nose and if someone i dont know says anything about it i simply insult one of there features back or if there's nothing to insult then hit them. (being a guy that's just me.) But if they insult you for something you did or anything else just insult them back for one of their faults. Give them a taste of their own medicine :P, OR you can always give then a kick in the balls to tech them.
Some people think it's an insult to be called gay, so they try to use this word to insult celebrities.
You want to kill them and you are mad and want to insult them
I know where you live Ching 8==D

You mean insult them? Well if you know them well enough you can insult them on something they care about. I.e. There is a really vain girl- you could tell her off on her clothing.
