New Zealand students what year or age did you start NCEA?
NCEA Level 1 officially starts in Year 11 [going by NZ school years], but some schools do a few NCEA assessments in the years prior as well.
Which school is not doing NCEA?
In New Zealand, NCEA is quite common, but some private and public schools don't. You can always call the school. To name one in Auckland is Macleans College. If NCEA isn't done, its most liikely Cambridge, but not always!
What do you have to pass to do tourism?
ncea 1 and 2

If that exsists, it must be Scholarship.

What does NCEA do for people later on?
As long as you have it in suitable subjects, in can help you in job apps. It is a qualification, after all.
Ncea or Cambridge exams?
Cambridge. It's marked more suited to the student's personal ability, shows strength and weakness and has a better marking schedual. NCEA also offers good results to achievers, but i find to be not as good as standard examinations suchas cambridge.

What syllabus NCEA or Cambridge is better for the future of children?
Since NCEA is the national educational framework in New Zealand, it has a vast amount of resources, books and support services. Teachers are highly familiar with NCEA methods of teaching and you will learn everything you need to for the end of year examinations. On the other hand, Cambridge is not the primary model of education in New Zealand. As a result, teachers will be less able to support students and less resources are available for students.
