U1411-IMPLAUSIBLE FUEL VOLUME SIGNAL RECEIVED The fuel volume message the PCM is receiving from the BCM over the communication wires is implausible.
Powertrain Control Module - 1995 and newer the PCM is mounted in the firewall on the passenger side - visible from the engine compartment
The no bus message on a 2001 Dodge Ram is displayed when for some reason the dashboard is not interfacing with the computer. A common solution to this is to repair or replace the vehicle's PCM.
PCM => Powertrain Control Module, AKA the engine computer.
The tach signal to the cluster is not on a dedicated wire. It comes over the CCD data bus. Which is a pair of wires that the computers on this vehicle use to transmit messages and information.

P1698 PCM Failure EEPROM Write Denied There is probobly a bad connection on the CCD bus. This usually happens at the TCM which its a 3"x2.5"x1" metal box on the right side of the drivers footwell. I have seen many TPS, CCD BUS, and Trans problems caused by this little bugger. Usually for this code it is a loose or disconnected connector to the TCM.
If you mean pcm- the computer.
