Basically (sorry if this is too "icky/gross/inappropriate"):
1. when a woman gets old she loses all her egg cells, meaning she can't have kids anymore and her period goes away. Her reproductive system is useless now. This also means she has less estrogen, being a bit less "womanly."
2. A man can get old enough to eventually lose his sex drive, meaning he doesn't feel the urge to have sexual intercourse. I am unsure, but this may be the main reason for erectile dysfunction.

One's post-reproductive years refer to the period of life after an individual is no longer capable of reproducing. In women, this typically occurs after menopause, when they stop menstruating and can no longer conceive. In men, it generally refers to the time after their sperm production declines significantly. This stage of life is often associated with age-related physical and hormonal changes.

Yes, withdrawals from a 401(k) are generally subject to income tax when taken at 60 years old.
