Yes it can :D
The taste of parsley is hard to describe. Some people have claimed it tastes "grassy". However, all that comes to mind to me when describing the taste is "fresh". Flat leaf (Italian) parsley has a stronger flavor than the standard curly leaf parsley.

Maybe, it you like the taste of cilantro. It is not the same as parsley and would give the dish a different taste.
There are people who love cilantro and people who hate it; if you don't like the taste of cilantro you are certainly free to use parsley to replace it, in any recipe.
Yes, parsley is green leave herb its used in decoration and good taste of the food
Either way, they are delicious :)
lemon: absolutely!!! parsley: on cold salmon yes; like crackers with cream cheese smoked salmon and some parsley is nice...but I'm not sure about cooked salmon. A lot of taste issues depend on you as an individual so give it a try.
Parsley takes away the garlic breath you can get after eating garlic. Parsley adds nothing to garlic bread, except decoration. The green 'bits' on the traditional garlic bread, ARE parsley. So parsley does nothing to change the taste/flavour.
No,the parsley that is dried comes from the leaves of the plant, but you need the seeds to grow new plants. The seed stalk comes up above the plant in an umbrella shape.Commercial parsley would never be allowed to grow to this stage anyway,so it would be impossible to grow new plants from any parsley leaves, dried or fresh.
The taste adults have grown to love
