probably because the dry dustier didnt pick up all the dust so the dust somes back and it builds up on the dust the dry duster didnt get.... Hope this helped!
dont know really!!!! but i think the warm currents 'pick' the dust from the floor then as the hot air rises the dust rises too and eventually settles on top of your radiator.
A particle of dust
Most likely due to one of two reasons: - a blocked tube or the recepticle being full The reason why is because when you vacuum up stuff, there is dust everywhere. the dust gets into the pipes and the suction has to work harder to get to picking up certain items. The bigger and heavier the object is, the harder it is to pick it up.

They pick it up from the ground
Vacuuming picks up dust, but if you are wreckless with the vacuum cleaner, then you may pick up dust and cause it to move around.

The purpose of a Vacuum is to suck up the dust, dirt hair etc on the floor that we would rather not pick up by hand. It also has a nozzle to reach into the coners and sucks up the dust that we can't reach
