This is an odd question. "Posture" basically means how a person sits or stands - "An upright posture". It means the same "in Microsoft Word" as it means in any other place.
BUT It is possible that you might come across the word "posture" in Microsoft's literature, because it (like many other software companies) does not want to be help accountable for the fact that many people sit hunched over the keyboard. This "posture" can led to problems with the back and the neck.
Many other people using a keyboard sit with their hands bent back at the wrist and their elbows "sagging". This can lead to serious problems with tendons and ligaments of the wrist, including disabling conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This problem is especially prevalent amongst people who sit with their hands in a relatively still position typing hard.
This has led to software companies including Microsoft, to include warnings about the health hazards of poor posture, and not taking breaks from typing to exercise the hands, wrists arms and shoulders.
They are simply making sure they can't be sued, but they are, in fact, correct. It is dangerous to over-stress the wrists etc during extended typing sessions - I have a friend who pays out small fortunes to physios for help with shoulders which have been seriously knackered by typing. And even then they need rather a lot of pain killers.
