Yes. The cost of the HTM is the fair value of the AFS at the classification. The accumulated OCI resulted from the AFS should be amortized in the remaining maturity of the HTM.
All hazards justifying the permit required confined space classification have been totally eliminated.
Which component you're in could make a difference here. Within the timeframe of your enlistment contract, it can be done in the reserve components, but the only options for active soldiers are 1: reenlist for a new MOS, 2: reclassify through the BEAR programme (for occupations such as EOD), or 3: complete SFAS and the Q-Course, for which you'll be awarded an 18 series (Special Forces) MOS. Note that, just because it's possible to do in a reserve component, doesn't mean you'll be allowed to do it on a whim. You would need a valid reason, e.g., you're moving elsewhere, and no unit within within reasonable distance of your new location has slots for your MOS.
Autism is considered a "neurodevelopmental disorder." Many parents of autistic children are trying to get the DSM to reclassify autism as not being a mental illness. Autistic people can, however, have many other psychological illness's such as OCD. It depends on what you mean by "ill"; if you're technically speaking then check with the DSM, but if you are talking in a more judgmental sense then the answer can vary. No matter what autistic people are still people and deserve to be treated as such.
In our solar system there is one Sun and eight planets. Formerly Pluto held a slot as the ninth planet - but in 2006 the IAU decided to reclassify it as something other than a true planet, thus reducing the count to eight.
