Reincarnation in Buddhism is based on the belief that even though the body may die, the spirit of a person will live on and eventually lead to the person being "reborn" into one of the six realms; Deva-gati (realm of the heavens) ,Asura-gati (realm of the Asura, or titans), Manusya-gati (the realm of the human beings), Preta-gati (realm of the hungry ghosts), Tiryagyoni-gati (the realm of the animals), and Naraka-gati (the hell realm).

P.S. I am a practitioner of Buddhism, and have been for the past 2-3 years, since I
have found my spiritual awakening.
The answer is Buddhism. It believes in the teachings of the Buddha.
The Buddha did not start reincarnation (or rebirth). he only observed it (like finding out that the water is wet).
Siddhartha Gautama, or the buddha. this religion was spread by Buddhist monks and traders and brought to china in 200 AD. they believe in reincarnation nirvana, and parinirvana.
The Hindus but today a lot of other religion have come to understand the topic of reincarnation.
Reincarnation exists for all Religions.
The word "Buddha" does not exist in the Christian's Bible. It may exist in one of the other religion's "Bibles", however.
There are any number of enlightened beings (Buddhas) in the world. The Dalai Lama, for example is held to be the reincarnation of the Buddha of Compassion.
The two most common symbols of Buddhism are the lotus, representing knowledge, and the wheel, representing reincarnation. Some faiths also worship the image of the Buddha.
The wheel of the reincarnation religion is called Samsara.
Some Hindus consider Gautama Buddha to be reincarnation of Lord Vishnu.
