'se que' = 'I know what' (Though 'se' should have an accent on the 'e')
'you quiere' could be Spanglish for 'usted quiere' = 'you want/love'
OR 'yo quiero' = 'I wantlove'
'porque yo quiero' = 'because I want/love'
'que' (should probably be 'aquella', otherwise it doesn't make sense) = 'that'
'chica' = 'girl'.
Which yields: 'I know what I/you want/love because I want/love that girl'.
Because in Spanish is porque.

Well suck is chupar but generally speaking mamar is used when a baby breastfeeds. "El bebé quiere mamar" would be understood as meaning that the baby wanted to nurse. "Te quiero mamar" would be understood in a sexual fashion if that is what you're aiming for.
