What is Mecered e320 service D means. 6year car with 37.000 miles on it?
first service 12,000, second 24,000 miles
Approximately $225 and it's basically a oil change.
in case of good oil company you have to change in between 4500-5000 km
200000 miles
The closest Mercedes auto dealership to Tallahassee is Mercedes-Benz of Dothan in Dothan, Alabama, which is about 80 miles away.
You have a Service A, and Service B located right on your car. You should change it and the oil filter every 10,000 miles recommended by Mercedes Benz, the people who built the car and engine so you should be fine. Make sure to check your other fluids in the car and flush those out when they need to be as well when your 10,000 intervals pop up.
A5 its your 5th anniversary A service. An A service is every year, if you are around your 50K miles, it means you need to do service A in you MB. iTS AN OVERALL INSPECTION OF FLUIDS, OIL CHANGE, AIR FILTER, battery, tire pressure etc.
Mercedes used to have A and B services (A was simple oil change, B was a more comprehensive inspection), but starting around the time of the current E class models the service indicator now goes to C, D, E and beyond as the miles increase. I had a D service done on my E320 at around 50K miles - which was an oil change and basic inspection (like the old A service). The dealer probably has a list of services required by code. The most expensive routine thing to change are the brakes - seem to wear very quickly on most mercedes, but especially this model - and are not cheap to replace - also not easy to do outside the dealer's shop - since you need to disconnect the electronic braking system to change pads and rotors.
It is the Mercedes Mclaren SLR, not the McLaren Mercedes SLR. However, the top speed is 208-209mph (Miles per hour).
I have seen them with over 400,000 miles with only minimal repairs
Sit in the car with all doors closed and have the instrument cluster showing the miles. turn the key to position 1 and hit the 'R' button on the left side of the i.c. 3 times fast! this will enter the service menu, from there you can confirm the service has been performed
