This is a very buggy system and prone to erroneous messages. There is a early and a late 2004 pacifica , the early system seems to be the problem one. It might have a defective tire pressure sensor , which takes the place of the valve stem. Typical cost is $120 - $150 each for replacement. You might want to consider buying a tire gauge and check your tire pressure once a month and ignore this message. Could also be just low tire pressure.
