Que lástima.
You say "Fool me once, shame on you! Fool me twice, shame on me!"This means, if you play a trick on me and I fall for it, shame on you for fooling me. But if you play a trick on me and I fall for it again, then shame on me for being foolish.

"Quel dommage" should work.
Because not everyone agrees on which methods of attacking your enemies are too cruel or inhumane. Not everyone agrees which political or religious goals are worth killing over. If you define terrorism as "killing regular civilians who are not soldiers or police simply to hurt their country and shame their leaders to the point that their leaders surrender to your political demands" then the USA committed that kind of terrorism many times in WWII (bombing civilian areas of cities, or wiping-out entire cities and not just the military targets in those cities). But if you define "terrorism" narrowly to say its only terrorism to kill civilians to punish them for the public policies and political methods of their government, then it would not be terrorism to bomb a police station or military barracks, or kidnap and kill soldiers.

I would say no cups are just a drinking tool a figment of your imagination. To those who are not going green then yes cups are real. Shame on them thought shame on them.
A load of shame would be a massive amount of guilt. You might tell someone "you should feel a load of shame" when they have done something they should be embarrassed about. You could also say that you feel the load if you feel remorseful.
