True, but there is much more to it: This can be performed with or without any females present. However, there must always be at least one guy involved. Previously the act of snow blowing was to "kiss your partner after they've ejaculated in your mouth, without expelling the semen." Currently, the act of snow blowing is to transfer the semen into the mouth of your (unsuspecting) partner. This may be done (1) as an erotic act between the two persons, or (2) in retaliation for having ejaculated into your mouth without warning. In #2, the semen may be calmly transferred into the guy's mouth or it may be spit or "blown" onto his face.
