No Scripture in the Bible tells us to hate our fellow man/woman - of any religious belief. Rather, Christ Himself, who is our perfect example, told us to love our neighbor (anyone) as He has loved us - perfectly.
The Bible does have the word hate in it. In fact, one verse says how God hated Esau - which is better translated as God loved Esau less for considering his birthright insignificant and sold it for a mere pot of lentils.
Love is the opposite of hate and we are told that God is love. He is the fair judge who is longsuffering and considers our acts of sin, especially those He calls abominable. when someone hates on you, if you know the reason and its a pathetic reason, then that's when you start hating on them too, and if they start abusing you and stuff, that's the moment to punch then square in the face. But if you ont know the reason why theyre hating on you then you ask them why, and try and sort it out.
