The Bible says we are to Love God, Love your family, Love your friends, Love your neighbors, Love your enemies. So we are to Love them. The Bible however says that anyone who does not believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior will not inherit eternal life but will in fact spend eternity in Hell because of sin. So we are to also SHOW our love through ACTIONS by showing them that there is a way to escape the wrath to come.
