Religion, theology, ethics classes in a Catholic university will usually highlight the Catholic viewpoint, yes. Catholic universities accept students of any faith, color, creed or sexual orientation, subject to the rules of behavior on campus (much as any university). Most Catholic universities, however, are much more scrupulous about faculty they hire, and speakers they invite, as far as not adhering to any view seen as contrary to tenets of the Catholic church. To my knowledge, no student in any Catholic university in the United States is required at any time to attend any religious service. There are universities connected with at least three other religious faiths I can think of where that statement would not be true.
