Costa del Sol means sun coast or literally coast of the sun.
Costa Blanca (there is no word in Spanish as Blanko) would mean White Coast.
Costa del Sol is a region in the south of Spain. Costa Blanca refers to over 200 km of coastline in the province of Alicante, also in Spain. I'm not aware of either place being located in the country of Costa Rica.
There is a Punta Banco (near Panama), and a Cabo Blanco (the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula).
The only Costa del Sol that I'm aware of in this general area is in the country of El Salvador
However both names are fairly common and it is possible that private hotels or developments have designated either or both names for its projects
