It is the compulsory gathering praying and preceded by a sermon.Quran says (meaning English translation):{O you who believe! when the call is made for prayer on Friday, then hasten to the remembrance of Allah and leave off trading; that is better for you, if you know. (9) But when the prayer is ended, then disperse abroad in the land and seek of Allah's grace, and remember Allah much, that you may be successful. (10)} (Quran, chapter 62, verses 9-10)
Because the ablution or purification of the conditions of validity of prayer and when you pray to allah it is like a meeting between you and allah to ask him what ever you want so how to pray without being purified and this order from allah
Well if you are Muslim then You ask Allah (swt) during prayer (salah) to grace you with a good wife and if your intention is good and you don't miss out on your Salah and you ibadah (worship) then be sure Allah (swt) will pair you with a good woman. Incha Allah.

Salah
Because muslims believe in Allah and Allah deserves it. Also Allah has ordered to pray Him only. And Salah is the a Way to Keep a Muslim from Jahannam it Also Gives a Connection with Allah (God)

Salah follows a prescribed format and is performed at specific times each day, while Du'a can be made at any time and in any language. Salah is a form of worship that includes specific movements and recitations, while Du'a is a way to seek guidance, forgiveness, or blessings from Allah.
Salah is the second pillar of Islam. Almighty Allah has laid great stress on offering Salah. A Muslim must offer Salah five times a day. He may offer extra nawafil as well. The Muslims are ordained in the hour of difficulty, test, trial and turmoil to seek the help of Almighty Allah by Patience and offering Salah. Almighty Allah commands in the Qur'an: "O, Ye people of faith, seek Allah's help with Patience and Salah. Verily Allah is with those who show Patience." Al-Baqrah-2. Para 2.
First of all when learning to offer salah it is required to learn few surah in Arabic to atleast offer salah and it is essential for Muslims to learn to read quran in Arabic and translations of quran are available in many languages.
