Headlight fuses for this generation Mazda 6 should be located in the engine compartment fuse box. Pull the lid off the fuse box and flip it over. There should be a diagram there etched in the plastic to tell you what each fuse is for.
The TCM fuse controls the Transmission Control Module. which control the transmission.
The AT dashboard light on the Mazda 6 means there is a problem with the transmission.

There are two fuses for both cigarette lighters on my Mazda 6, 2004. The 15A fuses are located in the fuse box, located under the steering wheel on the left side, just above the driver's floor mat. The fuse slot for the front lighter is #10, and #14 is for the rear accessory lighter.

The stereo doesn't have its own fusebox, but the audio fuse is in the fusebox under the hood, its a 5amphere I believe. Whats your business with it?
That fuse controls the heater blower motor. That same motor is also used for the air conditioning. So if you want those to work you will need that fuse installed.

There was no indication in records of any MPV 4-cylinder, only 6-cylinder. Call your Mazda auto dealer's service department and ask for the location of this fuse.
I'm guessing you mean a Mazda 6 Sport? if so it's 5. :)
