There is no such mint mark. The only mints to strike cents with mint marks are Denver (D) and San Francisco (S). See this link for values.

As of July 11 2012 a 1955-S US penny in MS-60 condition is worth around 35 cents.

It means that it was made at the San Francisco mint.
It is worth face value unless it has a S under the date.
If you mean a US Cent, there is a 'D' below the date if it was minted in Denver, Colorado, an 'S' if it was minted in San Francisco, California. If neither of these mintmarks is there, it is from Philladelphia, Pennsylvania.
