It is unknown what the Scarecrow says in the way of a goodbye to the Wizard in "The Wizard of Oz."

Specifically, the original 1900 book edition and the beloved 1939 film version record no conversations between the Scarecrow and the Wizard after the latter gives him the brains that he already has. But each one does include the Wizard's farewell statement to Ozites. In the book, he asks Ozites to obey his successor, the Scarecrow. In the movie, he asks them to obey the brainy Scarecrow and the Scarecrow's assistants, the courageous Lion and the heartful Tin Woodman.
