The boxster comes with a 4 digit radio code card in the owners manual. After a while, these cards are often lost. The Porsche Approved dealer may or may not charge you to recover your radio code (especially if you are a frequent customer). As an alternative, you may just need to recover the radio's serial number to decode the 4 digit radio key.
