That is the service indicator symbol if it's just been serviced just take it back in and get them too reset it. Darren.
I was recommended by Kwikfit garage to have it changed before 100,000 miles. Seem to remember the service manual stated about 33,000 miles. I've just had mine changed at 85,000. Hope this helps.
You press and hold down the trip reset and then turn on the ignition. The LCD odometer display then counts down and when gets to zero the service reminder has been reset. This also works on a Picasso.Read more: http://wiki.answers.com/Reset_service_light_on_citroen_C3#ixzz1DAntH6Il

It means a service is due. If it's been serviced you can reset the counter by; With ignition off hold down mileometer reset button ( bottom left hand of display). With button held turn on ignition to second position(no need to start). You will see a 10 appear in display which will count down to 1 as you hold the button. Switch off and on again then spanner cleared!. The service is vital though especially with the HDi so don't just reset and ignore.
