Assurance Wireless is a cell phone service that is free in NYC to those who qualify. Look on the website http://assurancewireless.com/Public/Welcome.aspx to see if you qualify for a free phone and plan.
If you would like to buy accessories for your cell phone, I would first suggest that you look on the website of the vendor that sold you the cell phone. This will give you the assurance that the accessory will actually work and fit the phone that you have purchased. If you do not want to go that route, you can go to most local retail stores in your area (i.e., Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Target). They all sell cell phone accessories.

The only way to look up a cell phone number is by contacting a cell phone provider. Currently there is no way to enter a persons name and find their cell phone number like you can with a traditional land line.
There are several sites like Spydialer and Squidoo have forms which allow you to look up cell phones. It is also know as Cell phone reverse lookup and gives information on the owner, address etc of the cell phone.
Since no one had cell phone cameras back then, we do not know what he looked like.
