The menstrual cycle is essential to sexual production in humans and the animal kingdom. God tells us that Leviticus 17:11, "For the life of a creature is in theblood,"
God designed a man and woman to join together first for the obvious purpose of is the reproduction of the human species made in God's image (see Genesis 1:27). It was not an evolutionary accident. Next, God blesses them both and tells them to subdue the earth. So God made the sexes to join together and reproduce. This is repeated essentially in Genesis 2:24 but adds that before sex, a man and a woman should be married.
Though we humans are to 'fill the earth,' God also plans for us to become His spiritual sons and daughters (see Hebrews 2:10 and 2 Corinthian 6:18). So human reproduction serves at least two purposes: populating the earth with our posterity and providing God with the potential family in His eternal spiritual world.
A female's menstrual period as part of their fertility cycle, allowing mankind to know 'safe and unsafe' times for sex - likelihood of getting pregnant. This allows the married couple safe times to enjoy each other and to come closer together. For humans sex teaches 'oneness' for the husband and wife, something God wants us to understand as we are destined to become one with Him through His Son:
John 17:22-23New International Version (NIV) 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one- 23 I in them and you in me-so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
Only a couple of locations:
1) Rachel used it as an excuse.
2) Sarai (Sarah) was too old to have children implying that her menstruation cycles had stopped.
of course not, menstruation occurs on the 14th day not the ovulation, and I say that the start of the menstrual cycle is actually menstruation.
When people say "period," it is often used to emphasize that something is final or non-negotiable, similar to saying "end of discussion" or "that's final." It is a way to assert a strong statement or opinion with conviction.
yes it say in the bible to be always charitable in the bible always read your bible and prayers
Not that I'm aware of. But there is a place in the Bible that says, You are a lier if you say you have not sinned.
No, the Bible does not say this.
It does not say this in the bible.
The Bible does not say the devil is handsome.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say you will not be loved. The whole Bible talks about how much you are loved.
The Bible does not say anything about Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving was started by the Pilgrims/Indians, which was after the Bible was written.
It does not say this in the bible.
It simply does not say this in the Bible.
The bible does not say anything about dreaming for Jesus.
