Pants as we know them today did not exist in Bible times. So the Bible doesn't directly say that women cannot wear pants. But the Bible does say in Deuteronomy 22:5 "The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God." Some people believe this means a woman should not wear pants.

This viewpoint is hard to sustain, in that pants made for a woman are certainly not men's clothes.
Let's look at The Bible

"A man is not to put on a woman's garments"
c) Those who do such things are doing an abomination unto the Lord for ever and do so the displeasuring unto him for the site of his angers shall be greater than his please.

From a Biblical perspective? I don't believe so. God said women should have long hair, because it's like our crowning glory, but he did not say anything about pants or clothing, beyond modesty of course. I think pants are appropriate for women.
