I suppose it all depends on what God you are talking with the God of love or the God of judgment? Not that God has a split personality "For there is no partiality with God" - Romans 2:11. Nor em' I saying there are two different gods for there is but one God - 1 Timothy 2:5. The God of love and the God of judgment are all but the same God. There is a stereotype of the Old Testament God of fire and brimstone, which usually goes hand in hand with the stereotype of the New Testament God, who is benevolent and compassionate father or ABBA. So how does this reflect upon our question? God appeared talking to Moses in a burning bush - Exodus 3:2. So the question is how will God appear unto you? According to the book of Job describing the voice of God he says "attentively the noise of his voice, and the sound that goeth out of his moth...he thundereth with the voice of his excellency...thundereth marvelously with his voice; great things doeth he, which we cannot comprehend" - Job 37:2,4,5. Down through man's history, a few people have indeed heard God's voice. God spoke directly to Adam and Eve (Genesis 3:8), to Cain (Genesis 4:6), to Abraham (Genesis 12:1-3; 17:1-2), to Jacob (Genesis 28:13-15; 32:26-29), to Moses (Exodus 3:4; 19:19), to Elijah (I Kings 19:9, 11-12) and others. according to those who have heard the voice of God describes it as one like the sound of many water (Ezekiel 43:2; Revelation 1:15; 14:2; 19:6), the sound of very loud thunder (Job 40:9; Psalm 29:3; 77:18; 104:7, Revelation 14:2), the sound of harps (Isaiah 30:31-32; Revelation 14:2), the sound of trumpets (Exodus 19:16, 19; Hebrews 12:19; Revelation 1:10; 4:1).

yes, he does. Obviously, as with all musical theater programmes, his voice will have a voice over check, and be edited vaguely, to imporve the overall sound and smoothness of his voice. As although it might sound odd, every voice has a texture, and voice checking improves the textures, sort of like smoothing over rough edges.
