to create the world

Answer:

The Bible tells us that God's plan is to "procreate Himself through mankind [created in His image] into THE FAMILY of GOD! "

"For His Holy Spirit speaks to us deep in our hearts and tells us that WE ARE GOD'S CHILDREN. And since WE ARE HIS CHILDREN, we will share His treasures - for everything God gives to His Son, Christ, IS OURS, TOO. But if WE ARE TO SHARE IN HIS GLORY, we must also share in His suffering." (Rom.8"16-17 NLTNew Living Translation)

The Bible tells us that "whatever Jesus Christ has inherited" from His Father... shall be inherited, also, by all men who place their Faith in Him. And what has Jesus Christ inherited?

"Long ago God spoke in many different ways to our fathers through the prophets [in visions, dreams, and even face to face], TELLING THEM LITTLE BY LITTLE ABOUT HIS PLANS. But now in these last days He has spoken to us through His Son to whom HE HAS GIVEN EVERYTHING [hint: everything includes THE UNIVERSE!], and through whom He made the world and EVERYTHING THERE IS." (Heb.1:1-2 LVB Living Bible)

It's God's plan that everything God made... the universe and everything in it... which Jesus Christ has inherited; is to be "jointly-inherited" by mankind -- God's future FAMILY.

As stated another way by the KJV: "...WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD: and if Children [that's FAMILY!], then HEIRS, Heirs of God, and JOINT-HEIRS WITH CHRIST..." (Rom.8:16-17 KJV).

We're talking about a FAMILY RELATIONSHIP! God created the human "family structure" [father, mother, children] to reveal to us what He is doing with mankind.

The book of Revelation sums up the final chronological events that result in the completion of the "plan of God":

"All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and THEY WILL BE MY CHILDREN." (Rev.21:7 NLT)

Furthermore: Leviticus 23 reveals the "weekly" seventh-day Sabbath of God - which is a weekly "remembrance" of creation; and God's seven annual Holy Day Sabbaths... each of which is a prophecy to be ultimately fulfilled by Jesus Christ in its proper time, and each of which is CHRIST-CENTERED! These commanded Sabbaths of God reveal the "chronological phases of God's plan."

It's broken down into TWO PARTS that revolve around the two "growing seasons" of the year; the "early spring harvest" [the harvest of the "firstfruits"] -- and the greater and more abundant "fall harvest" at the end of the year [or at the end of God's plan].

This present time allotment God has given to man, that began with Adam and Eve, and which shall continue until the "Last Great Day" of God's plan, Judgment Day... has been and IS the time of the "firstfruits" [the calling-out of God's predestined Children who shall rule the Kingdom of God WITH Christ when He returns, to rule over and teach the nations God's ways; teach them to "obey the laws of God"... and to enforce said obedience]:

"To all who are victorious, WHO OBEY ME TO THE VERY END, I will give authority over all the nations. They will rule the nations with an iron rod and smash them like clay pots." (Rev.2:26-27 NLT)

That's God's plan. There's a whole limitless universe out there beyond earth's atmosphere waiting for the Family of God to be born. Waiting for God's Family of CREATORS to: COLONIZE THE UNIVERSE WITH THE WORLDS THAT THEY SHALL CREATE -- IN THEIR IMAGE!

"That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, 'No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who Love Him. But we know these things because God has revealed them to us by His Spirit, and His Spirit searches out everything and shows us even God's deep secrets." (I Cor.2:9-10 NLT)

Yet, these Scriptures AREN'T NEW! They've always been there in the Bible for everyone to read. It's been Satan, the god of this world, who has hidden these things from the eyes and ears of men... the eyes and ears of those who 'DON'T BELIEVE' what those words are saying.

It's God's Holy Spirit that reveals the Truth of them to the eyes, ears and hearts of the Faithful... those who place their TRUST and HOPEin those Divine Words.

That's some of what the Bible says about God's plan.

The bible tell us that a day began at the setting of the sun where can you find that scripture in the bible?

The concept of a day beginning at sunset is rooted in Jewish tradition and is reflected in the biblical account of creation in Genesis 1, where each day is described as having an evening and a morning. While the exact phrase "a day begins at the setting of the sun" may not be explicitly stated, this understanding is derived from the narrative of creation.
