That it expanded, and still is expanding, from an extremely dense and hot state.
It is important to first realize that the big bang theory is a theory; it is not a physical law on its own for which there might be loopholes. However, I think (correct me if I am wrong though), that you are referring to the idea that the big bang theory states that the Universe started with a bang which just came into being out of nothing. This is not entirely correct, the big bang theory does not implicitly say that the Universe came into being at some point; it only says that in the distant past the Universe was very small and that it has been expanding ever since. This statement is well verified by observations and measurements. It does not claim or explain how the Universe came into being. It might sound reasonable that the Universe somehow came into being as a point, and it would fit with the above statements, but the creation of the Universe itself is not yet something that science can say much about. There are models, such as string theory, that sometimes have things to say about this, but they are far from testable at this stage. So, yes, it is possible that something else happened before the Universe became tiny and started to expand, and it wouldn't contradict with the big bang theory at all.
The Big Bang is just another theory.
The Big Bang theory isn't a mystery: the scientists working on it know exactly what they mean by what they say.
The Big bang theory states that the galaxies are in fact moving away from each other
If you believe in the oscillating universe theory, you would argue that the universe goes through a cycle of expansion and contraction, repeating infinitely. This theory posits that the Big Bang was not a one-time event but one of many, with each cycle erasing the previous universe and starting anew.
It depends, because some might say 'scientists'. But not all scientists believe in this theory. Also, there are those who believe in a similar idea to the Big Bang, but it is not refered to as 'The Big Band Theory.'
yes universe is ever expanding from the big bang theory it has been said universe came from a big bang and it is still expanding.we cannot say sun is there in particular spot in the universe,we can only say that star is our neighbour or that milkway is which sun lives in.your question is quite a fictionic.i think my answer doesnt satisfy your q bcoz u asked a ever ending q:)(universe is ever expanding)

No, science believes the Big Bang created the universe. Science believes that humans evolved from apes through the theory of natural selection.
Evidence, scientific models, simulations, observations, etc. In a way we didn't discover the Big Bang, we made it. Using known science and the many laws that govern various fields, as well as observations like that the universe is expanding, the visual evidence of the cosmic background radiation, simply the ability to look into space and see back in time, among other things, we can put it all together into theories. The best theory of which is the Big Bang theory. In the 50s, there were two theories answering the question. The nascent Big Bang theory and the popular steady-state theory. Then in 1965 the cosmic background radiation was discovered, which the Big Bang theory predicted, and the steady-state theory was essentially dead because it had no solution to the existence of the CMB. Under the known laws of physics, simply the best answer to how this universe began is the Big Bang. In this day there are scientific fields devoted just to various aspects of the Big Bang itself; for example, Big Bang neucleosynthesis (The creation of atoms heavier than hydrogen-1). That's not to say the Big Bang theory is correct, it is a theory with its own problems after all, it's just the most likely one at this time.
•The "big bang" theory simply states that the universe was created approx 13 billion years ago and that it started as an infinitely dense point of energy/matter which expanded to become the universe we have now (and is still expanding) and before then energy, matter, time and space did not exist. The alternative to the "big bang" theory is the "steady state universe" theory which states everything has always existed, i.e. it was not created, and that it, matter, time and space have always existed (i.e. are uncreated) All the scientific evidence points to the fact that the universe WAS created, they can even estimate when that moment of creation was, and also they can say that time and space were created at the same time as energy and matter. Also, the laws of physics do not apply until the universe was created, meaning whatever (whoever!!) created the universe is NOT subject to the laws of physics, but created/wrote the laws of physics. What does the Qur'an say....... Allah created the universe. So according to the Qur'an, which is correct: "big bang" theory, or "steady state universe" theory? Well big bang obviously because that says that the universe was created (including time and space) and that Allah has dominion not only over energy and matter but over time and space too and wrote the laws of physics. The idea that the "big bang" theory provides some kind of alternative explanation to Allah creating the universe is a complete myth founded by atheists who don't understand physics. Using purely scientific means (without referring to the Qur'an) there is NO WAY anyone can say what caused the big bang to happen, its an unanswered question to those who use purely scientific means to explain the origins of the universe. However that which scientists CAN tell about the creation of the universe fits in with what the Qur'an says. Anyone who tells you that the big bang happened as a "random chance" event does not understand physics!!! The best any scientist can say is "we don't understand and can't begin to find out what caused the big bang (for big bang, read "creation of the universe")....... many physicists are theists (i.e they believe in God). Also remember that "big bang" is a really stupid name for the theory, because people think of some random explosion happening within space and time which scattered matter everywhere. THIS IS A MYTH perpertrated by those who don't understand physics........ to really understand it you need to read a lot about physics, a good book would be "black holes, wormholes and time machines" by Jim Al-Khalili
Because the Big bang theory is a lie. People cant come to terms with the fact they are not the supreme being in the universe, so they attempt to hide the fact of intelligent design with a factless theory which people believe without question. Just a small amount of research will lead you to the truth, Big bang is a lie, and most of Americans have fallen for it.
