Cogic, stands for Church of God in Christ. It is the largest pentecostal denomination, holding over 6.5 million members.
The forms of worship between the Apostolic and COGIC are similar. The Apostolics believe in baptism in the name of Jesus only (not Father, Son, Holy Ghost like COGIC), and believe the evidence of infilling of the Holy Ghost is only by speaking in tongues (different than COGIC).

I believe you are asking the ranks that someone can go, because everyone in the COGIC is not a pastor. Men can be Deacons, Ministers, Elders (Pastors) and then Bishops. Women can be Missionaries, Mothers and Evangelist. It depends on your anointing and God utterance to your pastoral head.
There are more than 200 ecclesiastical jurisdictions (dioceses) in the Church of God in Christ (COGIC). There are more than 170 domestic jurisdictions within the United States and at least 35 foreign jurisdictions. In addition to being located in every state in the Union, COGIC churches are found in more than 57 countries around the world. Each jurisdiction is under the direct administration of a bishop. Most jurisdictions are further divided into districts which are comprised of local COGIC congregations. There are more than 15,000 COGIC congregations around the world.
