Chevy used the same bodystyle for the Camaro, with some yearly modifications, from 1970-1981
The 1974 Chevy truck has a mechanical fuel pump with a built in pressure regulator.
It is mounted on top and inside the fuel tank.
Look in back or in front of the gas tank, just follow the gas line that comes out of the gas tank and it will be on it.

I have a 93 Chevy Beretta and mine is located INSIDE my fuel tank so I would look there. in the fuel tank
It's in the carburetor, take the fuel line to the carb off and then the big nut on the carb and the fuel filter is behind the big nut.
Look under the vehicle - follow the fuel line from the tank

It looks like any of the fuses in the fuse block, however it is not in the fuse block. The fuel pump fuse is near the fuel pump relay on the driver side strut tower.
It is an inline filter attached to the fuel line, inside the frame rail on the drivers side, aprox under the drivers seat area.
You won't see it unless you remove the upper intake manifold. It is attached to the bank of fuel injector poppets (aka, the spider).
