It usaully means the fuel cut off switch has been activated. This switch is there in order to protect you in an accident. It is usaully a pressure swithc located around the rear of your car near your gas tank. it's mostly asscesible through you trunk. Buy a repair manaul and use it to exactly locate the switch and repair it following instructions carefully.
