To replace the head gasket on a Toyota Corolla, you will need several tools including a socket set, torque wrench, and gasket scraper. You'll also need a new head gasket, along with associated components such as head bolts, coolant, and possibly new oil and filter. It's important to have a repair manual specific to your Corolla model for detailed instructions and torque specifications. Additionally, ensure you have access to a clean workspace and safety equipment like gloves and goggles.

Just like you would repair car engine was a blown head gasket. Take it apart and replaced the head gasket. Make sure and have the head checked for cracks and warpage.
Most of the time you can tell by removing the radiator cap and having someone start the engine. Make sure you are not standing over it and you might want to lay a rag over the opening. If the head gasket is blown, then coolant will come out like "Old Faithful".
Probably. You have coolant in your oil. You definitely have a problem. Pull the head(s) and check the gasket. If the gasket's okay, check the head and block for cracks.
You may have a bad head gasket and or a cracked head.
Sounds like either head gasket, cracked head or cracked block
Just like any other vehicle. The head must be removed in order to replace the gasket. There is no other repair for a blown head gasket except the replace it.
picture rectangular shaped gasket, if 3 cylinders on each head each gasket has 3 circles representing cylinders and thin gasket maybe half inch wide between each circle then bolt holes for head bolts too ------------------------------------ ------------------------------------
the head is blown , or is about too . This must be a 3vze v6. If so it is probably a blown head gasket. They had a recall on this, maybe over now though I dont know. This is very common on the v6 aluminum head and iron block. New head bolts and an upgraded gasket is a good fix. dealer waranty under the recall is a better one.
