A home page is a page which a web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox...etc) goes to when it starts up. Many people have their home page as Google, and they can be directed to Google when you start the web browser or when you click the Home button (some modern browsers may not have a home button).

You have to click a button!
its not working fine
The Refresh button 'Refreshes' a page.It dumps the page it loaded and then loads it again.
The button is the preview button. It is located in the toolbar up the top and it looks like a magnifying glass. When you click it you may be prompted to save the webpage you have been working on and when you save you can see your webpage in a web browser.

It is the page that loads when you click "Home" on your web browser (or hold alt and press the home button). It can be anything you want, it could be Google.com, a blank page, or an HTML or php page that you created yourself (depending on your setup). Skies the limit.
